Return to League of Legends
The return of Lionscreed’s League of Legends presence should come as no surprise to most of the Pride. As the game we were founded on, it established the infrastructure we used to grow in other titles, such as R6, within the UK scene and beyond. But we’re not here to participate, we’re here to take it all, with Zeiko, Kudy, Gaaloul, Drop and PropaPandah leading the charge.
Words from the CEO
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Abdiqani H. Ahmed says “It feels great to be back in League (of Legends). It’s been a long time coming, and as it started our story back in 2019, it’s something we didn’t want to miss out on, especially with the NLC Open Calibration opportunity, which we preferred over Division 1 Qualifiers as it gives us the chance to grow and set foundations moving forward. I’m really looking forward to seeing what our new Lions can do together. Zeiko’s return to LC is something we’re very excited about, and Ali (Gaaloul) was with us last year during our MENA presence, so overall it’s not only about building a solid roster, but seeing progression and growth in players as well as the infrastructure we have in place for the team.”
But That’s Not All
We’re not done yet. From Fortnite, to our Wanyoo partnership, to this roster, we have even more to look out for, so keep your eye out for more from us for the Pride to sink their claws into.
